A juvenile court in New Delhi on Monday reserved its verdict on the bail plea of the schoolboy involved in the MMS sex clip case.
Police opposed the plea saying there is every possibility of him tampering with the evidence and blackmailing the girl involved in the incident.
The police claimed the boy has been continuously tampering with evidence. He destroyed the cell phone with which he recorded the objectionable pictures and changed the decor of the room in which the incident took place, they said.

The police also pointed out that the accused had fled the country immediately after the incident came to public knowledge.
The boy's counsel, Ramesh Gupta, pleaded for bail saying the boy will abide by any condition imposed by the court. He will also cooperate with the investigation, he said.
Meanwhile, Assistant Commissioner of Police M K Sharma informed the court that the girl in the clip has been located. He said her statement would be recorded as soon as possible.
