Sadasivam produced Meera, his wife's bestknown film.

As Meera, Subbulakshmi's songs added a new dimension to bhakti music. Sadasivam decided to remake the film in Hindi. After watching Meera, Jawaharlal Nehru was among the hundreds of thousands of awestruck Indians.

Sadasivam then decided MS would not act again.

He hired tutors to teach her languages other than Tamil when she sang in those languages. He was very particular about her diction and that she knew what she was singing.
