Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagalim (Isak-Muivah) leaders Isak Swu and T Muivah, who are in New Delhi for peace talks with the Centre, met senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Atal Bihari Vajpayee on Thursday morning.
The duo had a one-hour meeting with the former prime minister at his residence.
The Centre's interlocutor for the Naga peace process, K Padmanabhaiah, former national security advisor Brajesh Mishra and the emissary for the collective Naga leadership, A S Atem, were also present during the meeting.
The NSCN(IM) leaders did not divulge the details of the meeting to mediapersons.
The dialogue with the NSCN(IM), fighting for a 'greater Nagaland', was started during the National Democratic Alliance rule at the Centre, when Vajpayee was the prime minister.
