At least 65 people are missing after a landslide in southwest China's Guizhou province on Friday, the state media reported.
The landslide, which occurred just after midnight at Zuojiaying village in Nayong county, destroyed 25 houses in which an estimated 108 people were sleeping. A rescue operation has been launched, Xinhua news agency quoted local officials as saying.
It said 31 people fled from the scene, while 12 were rescued.
The rescuers included armed police, soldiers and officers of the People's Liberation Army.
