They were produced before a special court, which remanded them to police custody till November 11.
Sayed Mohammed Hanif, his wife Fahimida and associate Arshat Shafi Ahmed Ansari are already in judicial custody in connection with July 28 Ghatkopar bomb blast and August 25 Gateway of India explosion.
In the Zaveri Bazaar bomb blast case, the three accused are the first to be arrested.
Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam sought the arrest of the accused in Zaveri Bazaar case saying witnesses in a police parade identified them last week. He said Hanif and his wife were conspirators, while Arshat had executed the blast.
The designated judge A P Bhangale allowed the police to arrest the accused in Zaveri Bazaar case and remanded them to police custody for a fortnight. In Ghatkopar bomb blast of July 28 and Gateway of India explosion, they were remanded to judicial custody till November 11.
The court disposed of prosecution's application on the medical examination of accused Hanif and Arshat who had earlier complained of harassment and torture by police. Nikam alleged that their grievance was an afterthought because they had not informed their lawyer when he went to meet them in jail.
In another development, the court allowed co-accused Fahimida's plea to meet her daughter Farhan, who has also been arrested in Ghatkopar blast and sent to juvenile remand home.
