Banaras Utsav 2003 was organised in Mumbai for the first time by Perfect-Octave Entertainment and the Music & Arts Group.
'Through this festival, we plan to bring the magic of Banaras and its legendary musicians together,' concert impresario Ratish Tagde told Mid-Day.
