Tell us your dreams for India

'We need to shed our inertia and move faster'

I see India emerging as a vibrant and energetic global power of the world. A nation that is free from evils like corruption, poverty and disease. A place where education and hard work is respected.

As a student of civil engineering I believe it is my responsibility to contribute towards infrastructure development of my country. Things like low cost housing, public transportation and most importantly environment conservation.

I see myself becoming a teacher and helping my young friends in guiding their destiny.

I would like to change the leadership of this country and have educated people in their place who would work for the nation.

One thing that I would like to retain is the fighting spirit of the Indian nation. We need to realise that we as Indians have the potential to be the best in the world.

With a one billion population we need to shed our inertia and move faster than we are doing today. Its large population can be converted into its biggest asset with sheer hard work and determination.
