A Historic Find
Paul Sereno, palaeontologist and professor at the University of Chicago, and Explorer-in-Residence at the National Geographic Society, at a press conference in Mumbai.
He disclosed that a species of dinosaur had been discovered after analysing bones unearthed from central and western parts of India.
It had been named Rajasaurus narmadensis (meaning regal reptile from Narmada) since the bones were found near Narmada River, he said.
