Indian Olympic Association Secretary General Randhir Singh takes Richard McColgan, chairman of the evaluation committee of the Commonwealth Games Federation around the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on Tuesday August 5.
McColgan is in Delhi at the head of a delegation to evaluate India's bid to host the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
