According to sources, the SDO had slapped a few people. Irked villagers had gheraoed him and blocked the road.

Gaya DM Brajesh Mehrotra and SP Raveendran Shankaran were on their way to a village where ruling RJD supremo Laloo Prasad Yadav is scheduled to attend a function on Wednesday.
