Secretary of Russia's National Security Council General Vladimir Rushailo is to visit India on April 2-5 at the invitation of his Indian counterpart Brajesh Mishra for augmenting Indo-Russian interaction in combating international terrorism, diplomatic sources said.
In Delhi, General Rushailo is expected to discuss the situation in Afghanistan and South Asia with External Affairs Minister Jaswant Singh and Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
