India has not provided proof: Pakistan
to US

Islamabad on Saturday told Washington that New Delhi had furnished no concrete evidence against the 20 terrorists and criminals that it wanted from Pakistan.

Shortly after the United States said it wanted the criminals extradited to India, Pakistan foreign office spokesman Aziz Ahmed Khan said his country had informed the Bush administration about the factual position.

Khan said India had not provided any concrete evidence against the wanted men.

However, Pakistan would take action if evidence was provided against them, he added.
