HC bans strikes in govt hospitals in Delhi

The Delhi high court on Thursday banned strikes in all the government hospitals in the national capital.

Extending its earlier order banning strikes in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), a bench headed by Chief Justice S B Sinha said the government should make necessary modifications in the service rules in this regard and adopt a code of conduct for its employees.
