The former chief minister of Bihar and Rashtriya Janata Dal chief, Laloo Prasad Yadav, said on Tuesday that action would be taken against the state minister's son who fired at a function and killed one person.
Babloo Yadav, son of Minister of State for Industries Rajendra Prasad Yadav, fired several rounds while a dancer was performing (as part of an orchestra party) at Khedan Baba chowk in Madhepura town on Tuesday.
"If found guilty, police will take tough action against him..." the RJD chief said.
Laloo Yadav said ministers' sons were taking advantage of their position and creating havoc in the society. This trend must be stopped, he added.
"We never protect a person guilty of killing," he said.
