Five held for helping Pakistani spy

Five persons were on Friday arrested in Jodhpur on charges of helping a Pakistani spy, an official spokesman said in Jaipur.

Among those arrested for harbouring and helping Zeeshan Alam alias Mohammad Aslam were a principal and two teachers of a private school, he said.

Alam was assigned the task of blasting the army ammunition depot at Benar near Jodhpur. He was arrested on February 8, the spokesman added.

The five were booked under the official secrets act, he said.
