Delhi rocked by moderate intensity earthquake

An earthquake of moderate intensity rocked Delhi on Tuesday afternoon at 13:02 pm.

Meteorological department officials said the quake recorded an intensity of 5.4 in the Richter Scale, adding the epicentre of the quake was in Nepal.

They said more analysis of the data would be required to pinpoint the precise location of the epicentre.

No other details were available.
