Narcotics Control Bureau officers seized two kilograms of cocaine from Nigerian national Francies Akahe in South Delhi on Monday.
The NCB's Bombay unit had seized nine gm of cocaine, in a case involving film star Fardeen Khan recently.
NCB director general Gopal Acharya told rediff.com that the seizure was worth Rs 10 crore in the international market.
According to NCB sources, the Delhi unit headed by zonal director Abrar Ahmed had mounted surveillance on Francies, residing at Malviya Nagar.
The surveillance was on the basis of information received that a foreigner was involved in the smuggling of drugs in India.
"He was held on Monday near Sangam Cinema at R K Puram in the south west district.
Two kg of cocaine was recovered from his handbag.
Investigations revealed that he used to buy drugs from Albert, from Vasant Vihar, and sell it to foreigners in Delhi.
Albert could not be traced, the NCB sources said.
