Laloo Prasad Yadav lawyer's filed a special petition in the Central Bureau of Investigation special court on Wednesday saying that it has no jurisdiction as the Patna High Court on May 4 had rejected the CBI plea for the transfer of all conspiracy angle cases of fodder scam to Jharkhand.
The CBI counsel will submit his viewpoint before the court on Thursday.
A special court on Tuesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Laloo after taking cognisance of a chargesheet submitted by the CBI.
"They (the CBI) violated the Patna High Court's judgement," Laloo said and added that he would surrender before the special court.
"They want to torture me so that I give in. I am not going to stop my struggle for the overthrow of the communal and corrupt Vajpayee government," Laloo said.
Though it is not yet clear as to when the RJD chief will surrender, party insiders said he is seeking legal advice and his lawyer Janardan Singh has reached Ranchi.
Laloo is hopeful that the Patna High Court would intervene in his favour.
