Ex-armyman caught faxing
defence documents to ISI

An ex-armyman was caught while he was faxing some defence-related documents to the Pakistan's Inter Services Intelligence in Nepal.

Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police M C Dwivedi said Prem Bahadur Kshetriya, who retired from the Gorkha Regiment, was arrested by the special task force on Wednesday from a public call office in Indira Nagar in the state capital.

Kshetriya confessed during interrogation that he had been working for the ISI since 1993, Dwivedi said.

The STF also seized photographs of some key military establishments and contact numbers of Pakistan embassy officials in Nepal from Kshetriya, he said.

Police said several other contacts of Prem Bahadur Kshetriya were detected during his interrogation.
