Situation in Dariapur normal, day curfew lifted

Day curfew in the violence affected Dariapur locality of Ahmedabad will be lifted from Thursday in view of improvement in the situation.

However, night curfew will continue as a precautionary measure, police said on Wednesday.

Following group clashes during civic polls on September 17, which claimed nine lives, an indefinite curfew was imposed in the locality.
