Patwa's condition 'stable'

E-Mail this report to a friend

Union Minister for Rural Development Sunderlal Patwa's condition is reported to be stable, but doctors have advised him complete rest.

Family members of Patwa, quoting doctors looking after him, said the minister's condition was out of danger and he took breakfast in New Delhi on Friday morning.

They denied reports that Patwa had suffered a mild heart attack or paralysis.

Among leaders who visited Patwa at hospital were Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh and Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala.

Patwa had been admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences after he fell in the Rajya Sabha on Thursday.
