'Mr Dutta, the Pakistan issue is about crossing the border, not about running into your neighbour's courtyard'
Date:
Sat, 15 Jul 2000, 11:56:02EST +0530 How do you rate the movie? Is it excellent, good or average? Venkat

Sat, 15 Jul 2000, 08:59:31EST +0530 A well-written piece though it was a bit too one-sided. The writer is clearly a die-hard fan of Ramgopal Varma's. Shantanu

Sun, 15 Jul 2000, 09:46:22EST +0530 Too gushy! I reserve further comment till I see the movie.

Fri, 14 Jul 2000, 15:20:55EST -0700 You should consider adding star ratings to the reviews. V Grover

Fri, 14 Jul 2000, 21:44:13EST +0530 A good review. Film reviews go a long way in determining the success of a film. Priyank

Thu, 13 Jul 2000, 14:01:23EST Jungle is one movie I have been waiting for since April. Taran Adarsh has given it the thumbs up sign and your review in has excited me much more! I think we are going to see a winner tomorrow. A fan of Anil Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan and Fardeen Khan Shenaz Walji
Date:
Fri, 14 Jul 2000, 17:50:28EST You talk too much about the Tamil film industry. The movie you are talking about in this article is a Telugu one (the stars are Mahesh, Simran and Sakshi) but now it has been dubbed in Tamil. Anil Katikanani
Date:
Thu, 13 Jul 2000, 16:43:32EST The film is brilliant. I can't wait till it is released on DVD.

Tue, 13 Jul 2000, 01:53:58EST +0530 That was a bad interview. Armin Sanjana

Mon, 10 Jul 2000, 04:58:56EST -0700 I don't quite agree with the reviewer. The truth is that only a select few may appreciate this film where the only USP is Abhishekh Bachchan and the well-picturised songs. Do you think that in a country like ours where we barely have 50 per cent literacy and where films should be a medium of education and entertainment, such a movie should be allowed to be screened? The story line has run down the BSF. I would like to tell Mr Dutta that the Pakistan issue is about crossing the border and not about running into your next-door neighbour's courtyard.

Fri, 07 Jul 2000, 23:29:41EST -0700 The movie is based on a good theme but Kareena and Abhishekh have a long way to go. The tail end of the movie turned out to be an enigma. What was J P Dutta trying to invoke from among the viewers? On the whole the movie was entertaining though it tended to drag a bit. Sonal

Wed, 12 Jul 2000, 17:59:31EST +0530 I think the person who wrote the review did so without seeing the movie because no sane person would come out with such a review. Shuchi Kulkarni
Date:
Tue, 11 Jul 2000, 14:49:12EST -0700 The film has nothing to offer the audiences. One really fails to understand what J PDutta and co. are trying to say. Anyone in their right minds will find J P Dutta's latest venture to be utter nonsense. Shalini
