JKLF chief reaches secret place near LoC

E-Mail this report to a friend

Despite serious preventive measures by the Pakistani government and the Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir government to stop activists of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front from crossing the Line of Control today, JKLF chief Amanullah Khan has managed to reach some secret place near Hajira in the Madarpur sector, 40 kilometres from the LoC.

Amanullah Khan will try to cross the LoC after addressing a public meeting in the Madarpur sector, the sources said.

However, Amanullah Khan's crossing the LoC does not seem feasible as he might be arrested by the Pakistani government which has posted nearly six to seven hundred personnel of the Frontier Constabulory to prevent any march, reports reaching Islamabad yesterday said.

According to the reports, there was an exchange of fire in the Madarpur sector yesterday.
