BJP blames JD-U for Bihar debacleThe Bihar unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party today complained to the national executive that the party lost three of the four Lok Sabha seats from the state because of non-cooperation by the Janata Dal-United. Asked about the reasons for the party's debacle in Bihar, BJP spokesman M Venkaiah Naidu conceded that there was no proper coordination, ''between the BJP and the JD-U. Asked if the executive also discussed the Uttar Pradesh situation and the issue of the change of leadership, Naidu said it was not on the agenda. UNI
