Nine Bihar prisoners escape

Nine undertrial prisoners have escaped from the Chapra civil court in Saran district of Bihar.

Official sources said yesterday that the prisoners broke the doors of the civil court cell and fled hoodwinking the police party.

Sources said the prisoners were accused in cases of murder, dacoity and kidnapping.

A massive manhunt has been launched to nab the culprits.
