Wet weather continues in Sikkim

Heavy rains are likely at isolated places in Sikkim, Konkan, Goa and coastal Karnataka.

The Southwest monsoon has been active in sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and Orissa.

Rain or thundershowers occurred at most places in Konkan and Goa, at many places in the Bihar plateau, east Uttar Pradesh, central Maharashtra and coastal Karnataka, at a few places in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar, Punjab, east Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha, and at isolated places in Haryana, Gujarat region, north interior Karnataka and Kerala.

Very light rain also occurred at isolated places in west Rajasthan, coastal Andhra Pradesh, south interior Karnataka and Lakshadweep.

Mainly dry weather prevailed over the rest of the country.

Rain or thundershowers are likely at most places in Konkan, Goa, coastal Karnataka and Kerala, at many places in West Bengal, Sikkim, Orissa, hills of west Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, east Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, at a few places in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura, the Bihar plains, Haryana, Punjab, west Rajasthan, Saurashtra and Kutch, central Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Lakshadweep, and at isolated places in the rest of the country.
