Heavy rain likely in north-east

Rain or thundershowers fell at most places in Kerala and Lakshadweep, at many places in sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and the Bihar plateau, at a few places in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh, and coastal and north interior Karnataka, and at isolated places in Assam, Meghalaya, Haryana, Saurashtra, Kutch, the Konkan, Goa, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and south interior Karnataka.

Mainly dry weather prevailed in the rest of the country.

Rain or thundershowers are likely at many places in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, West Bengal, Sikkim, Orissa, the Konkan, Goa, coastal Andhra Pradesh, coastal Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep, at a few places in Bihar, the plains of Uttar Pradesh, Telangana and Rayalaseema, and at isolated places in the rest of the country.

The weather will be mainly dry in Rajasthan and west Madhya Pradesh.
