Former Bihar BJP chief expelledThree politicians of the Bharatiya Janata Party's Bihar unit, including former president Tarakant Jha, were today expelled for anti-party activities. A party release in New Delhi said Jha, former member of Parliament Kameshwar Paswan, and member of the Bihar Legislative Council Yashodanand Singh were expelled for six years. They were charged by state BJP president Nand Kishore Yadav on December 21 and the disciplinary committee unanimously recommended their expulsion after the politicians submitted their explanations.
