Two Pakistan soldiers killed in Siachen firing

Indian troops foiled an attempt by Pakistani forces to enter Indian territory at the Siachen glacier, according to an official spokesperson.

Two Pakistani soldier were killed in the ensuing exchange of fire at Bila Phondla post of the glacier around 3.20 am yesterday, the spokesperson said.

He said the Pakistanis used the cover of fire to enter Indian territory, adding that one Indian soldier was injured in the incident.
