Sonia to visit Karnataka

Congress president Sonia Gandhi will pay a two-day visit to Karnataka from tomorrow, party state unit general secretary B M Hasnabba has said.

He said Sonia will arrive in Bangalore on February 4 evening and leave by helicopter for Davangere the same day.

During her visit, she will lay a foundation stone for a cancer hospital, a community hall, a cooperative bank besides a residential school.

She will also address a public meeting in Davanagere before her departure.
