Yeltsin coming at the year-endRussian President Boris Yeltsin will visit India at the end of November or beginning of December and preparations for it are in full swing, first Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Khristenko has said. The sixth joint session of the Indo-Russian Economic, Trade, Scientific and Cultural Commission would precede the proposed Delhi summit. ''Major drafts for economic cooperation will be finalised at the joint session,'' Voice of Russia quoted Khristenko as saying. Khristenko had paid a three-day visit to India last month. Political documents are ready for the summit and the date of Yeltsin's visit will be communicated through diplomatic channels, presidential administrative sources said yesterday. Ill-health has been leading to the repeated postponement of Yeltsin's much-awaited visit to India. Yeltsin had visited India for the first time in 1993. UNI
