Gamang wants LS to complete its termOrissa Chief Minister Giridhar Gamang, whose single vote played a crucial role in the fall of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government during the confidence motion, has called for amendments in the Constitution to ensure that the Lok Sabha completes its five-year term. ''There is no way out but to change the existing system,'' Gamang said at a function in Bhubaneswar to mark the 150th birth anniversary of Utkal Gourav Madhusudan Das, the maker of modern Orissa, yesterday. He said the country would soon see frequent elections if the Constitution was not amended. UNI
