Laloo open to poll alliance with Congress, Left

Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo Laloo Prasad Yadav has not ruled out an alliance with the Left and the Congress for the next Lok Sabha election.

"Why not," he replied when asked if his party would align with the Left.

About an alliance with the Congress, he said, "We will think about it if the Congress talks to us."

Asked whether his party would support the Congress, Yadav said the RJD might agree if the Congress asks for support.
