Wet spell continues in Bengal, Orissa, Kerala

Heavy rains are likely to occur at isolated places in Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar plateau, East Madhya Pradesh, Konkan and Goa, coastal Karnataka and Kerala during the next 48 hours.

The Southwest monsoon has been active in Orissa, Konkan and Goa.

Rain or thundershowers occurred at most places in Gangetic West Bengal, north interior Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep, at many places in the Bihar plateau, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat region, madhya Maharashtra and Vidarbha, at a few places in Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh and coastal Karnataka, and at isolated places in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Haryana, East Rajasthan, Saurashtra and Kutch, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and south interior Karnataka.

Mainly dry weather prevailed over the rest of the country.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at most places in Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa and the Bihar plateau, at many places in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat region, Konkan and Goa, coastal Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep, at a few places in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura, sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Bihar plains, East Uttar Pradesh, madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha, Andhra Pradesh and interior Karnataka, and at isolated places over the rest of the country outside West Rajasthan where the weather will mainly dry.
