Andamans to see more rains

Rain or thundershowers are likely at many places in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and east Madhya Pradesh, at a few places in Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar plateau, west Madhya Pradesh and Lakshadweep, and at isolated places in sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar plains, east Uttar Pradesh, coastal Karnataka and Kerala.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over the rest of the country.

Rain or thundershowers occurred at many places in Gangetic West Bengal, east Madhya Pradesh and Lakshadweep, at a few places in sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar, east Uttar Pradesh and west Madhya Pradesh, and at isolated places in Orissa, west Rajasthan, Vidarbha and south interior Karnataka.

Mainly dry weather prevailed over the rest of the country.

Night temperatures were below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and in parts of Gujarat and Tamil Nadu. They were appreciably to markedly above normal in Assam and Meghalaya, Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, east Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.

They were above normal in Himachal Pradesh, west Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, central Maharashtra, Vidarbha, Telengana, Rayalseema and in parts of Andhra Pradesh and in the remaining parts of Gujarat.

They were normal over the rest of the country outside Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim from where data were sparse.
