TDP won't withdraw support over N-tests: Naidu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has termed as 'incorrect' the speculation that the Telugu Desam Party would withdraw support to the Bharatiya Janata Party-led coalition government at the Centre over last week's nuclear tests.

Parrying questions on the issue, Naidu told the media that he would discuss with Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee all issues relating to the nuclear tests.

"We should not speculate like that," he said when it was pointed out that the previous United Front government had not perceived any threat from China.
