Jethmalani seconds Hegde

Union Urban Development Minister Ram Jethmalani today said his Cabinet colleague Ramakrishna Hegde's reported remark that Prime Minister A B Vajpayee should be firm and tough to keep the ruling coalition in tact, was theoretically correct.
