BJP to take Bengal CPI-M to court over reign of terrorThe Bharatiya Janata Party proposes to move court against the incidents of terror which the Communist Party of India-Marxist has allegedly unleashed to prevent the BJP and Trinamul Congress candidates from filing nominations for the coming panchayat election in West Bengal. BJP central observer for West Bengal Kailashpati Mishra alleged that thousands of BJP and TC candidates could not file nominations in Midnapore and Hooghly districts. Such incidents exemplified the face of democracy in West Bengal, he said. During a visit on April 30, Mishra said he had conveyed to Bengal Governor A R Kidwai that the election should be conducted with paramilitary forces in every polling booth. The observer expressed happiness over the ''large extent'' of seat sharing between the BJP and TC. UNI
