Monsoon leaves mark on most of the country

The southwest monsoon has been active in Konkan and Goa. Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in coastal Karnataka, at many places in the Andaman and Nicobar islands, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Marathwada, north interior Karnataka and Kerala, at a few places in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Orissa, the plains of Bihar, Punjab, madhya Maharashtra, Vidarbha, Telangana and Rayalaseema and at isolated places in Ganegtic West Bengal, east Uttar Pradesh, the hills of west Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Mainly dry weather prevailed over the rest of the country.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at most places in the Andaman and Nicobar islands, at many places in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, coastal Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep, at a few places in Arunachal Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, Tamil Nadu and interior Karnataka and at isolated places in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. Mainly dry weather will over the rest of the country.
