Wet weather in South India

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in the Bihar plains, Himachal Pradesh, Konkan, Goa and Lakshadweep, at many places in West Bengal, Sikkim, the Bihar plateau, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, West Madhya Pradesh and coastal Karnataka, at a few places in Assam, Meghalaya, Gujarat and Kerala, and at isolated places in Orissa, East Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and south interior Karnataka.

Mainly dry weather prevailed over the rest of the country.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, the hills of West Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Konkan, Goa, coastal Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep, and at a few places in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, the Bihar plains, the plains of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, East Rajsthan and Madhya Pradesh, and at isolated places over the rest of the country.
