More rains expected in Kerala

Heavy rains are likely to occur in isolated places in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Orissa, West Madhya Pradesh, South Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, coastal Andhra Pradesh, coastal Karnataka and Kerala during the next 48 hours.

The Southwest monsoon has been active in Konkan and Goa.

Rain or thundershowers occurred at most places in coastal Karnataka and Kerala, at many places in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Haryana, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and south interior Karnataka, at a few places in Assam and Meghalaya, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Orissa, the hills of West Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Saurashtra, Kutch, madhya Maharashtra, Rayalaseema, north interior Karnataka and Lakshadweep, and at isolated places in Gangetic West Bengal, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Marathwada and Tamil Nadu.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at most places in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Konkan and Goa and coastal Karnataka, at many places in Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, West Bengal, Sikkim, Orissa, Bihar plateau, the plains of West Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh, interior Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep, and at a few places over the rest of the country.
