Bihar, Haryana, Karnataka electorates disappointed with their state govtsThe Exit Poll revealed that the electorate in three states were deeply dissatisfied with their state governments. In Haryana, the level of disappointment with the Bansi Lal government was as high as 73 per cent. In Bihar, the LoD with the Rabri Devi government was fractionally lower-- at 70 per cent. In Karnataka, the J H Patel government was confronted with a 69 per cent LoD. It was clear that voters in all three states wanted a change of government.
