Rain or snow likely in Kashmir

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at a few places in the Andaman and Nicobar islands and Tamil Nadu and at isolated places in coastal Andhra Pradesh.

Very light rain has also occurred at isolated places in south interior Karnataka and Kerala. Mainly dry weather prevailed over the rest of the country.

Rain or snow is likely to occur at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places in the Andaman and Nicobar islands and at isolated places in south coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, south interior Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep. Mainly dry weather will prevail over the rest of the country.

Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in some parts of Jammu and Kashmir, west Rajasthan, Saurashtra and Kutch and north Maharashtra, and were below normal in some parts of Orissa, east Madhya Pradesh, the Gujarat region and parts of south Konkan and Goa.

They were appreciably above normal in some parts of Assam and Meghalaya, sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Vidarbha, Andhra Pradesh and interior Karnataka. It was above normal in some parts of Marathwada, Tamil Nadu and Kerala and in the remaining parts of Assam and Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh and interior Karnataka.

They were normal over the rest of the country outside Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, the plains of Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh.
