BJP finds Jaya's manner "unfortunate and unbecoming"

The Bharatiya Janata Party today described as ''most unfortunate and unbecoming'', an ally in the BJP-led coalition government levelling ''unfounded charges'' against the Prime Minister's Office.

Reacting to the reply by the All India Anna DMK to the prime minister's principle secretary Brajesh Mishra's letter asking Jayalalitha to provide evidence about her allegations of bribery, BJP general secretary M Venkaiah Naidu, MP, said differences of opinion among allies in the ruling coalition should be voiced at its coordination committee meetings or addressed directly to the concerned ally.

''Voicing differences in public or through the press is most unbecoming on the party of the AIADMK,'' he asserted.
