Kargil under Pak fire againAfter a very brief lull, Pakistani troops have again started artillery and mortal shelling on Jammu and Kashmir's Kargil sector. The situation in other sectors is ''quiet'' since August 6. An official spokesman said Pakistani troops started shelling on Friday evening. A petrol pump and a building at Harka-Badhur has been damaged. He said shelling also took place in Bin-Batalak area. There are no reports of casualties. UNI
