Talking to newspersons after the Bharat Ratna and other government awards investiture ceremony in New Delhi, Vajpayee, however, refused to give details, including the possible size of his expanded ministry. Home Minister L K Advani said the Budget session was likely to be held in the third week of May as President K R Narayanan would not be available till May 11 as he was going abroad, he added. Asked whether the Telugu Desam Party would join the Union ministry, Advani said, "I don't think they will join as they have their own problems." UNI
