Salman Khan's Jai Ho is poised for a huge opening at the box office when it releases on January 24.
The superstar is on the verge of a double hat-trick, with his last five films netting Rs 100 crore or more.
He has had no flop since the release of Dabangg in 2010, and is looking at yet another potential major success.
Take a look at Salman's biggest hits in his career.
Ek Tha Tiger (2012)
Box office collections: Rs 199 crores
The film fell short of one crore and missed the historic Rs 200 crore benchmark.
An Eid release, this Kabir Khan directed film created a record for its opening day, weekend and week. It sustained the momentum throughout its run.
There were some critical reviews, but the complete package of good action, music, sizzling chemistry with co-star Katrina Kaif and Salman's star power went down well with the general public.

Dabangg 2, that came right after Ek Tha Tiger, had high expectations riding on it and it did not disappoint.
Directed by Arbaaz Khan, the film crossed the opening record and lifetime score of its predecessor, Dabangg.
Though many wondered if the film brought anything fresh to the franchise, the Khan brothers had, in effect, clinched another big hit.
Bodyguard (2011)

Though a Rs 100 crore success, Bodyguard remains one of Salman’s most panned films to date.
Which was surprising because the film had worked in every other language that it had been made in earlier.
Audiences, however, did not bother with reviews and thronged the theatres.
Bodyguard co-starred Kareena Kapoor, and was directed by Siddiqui.
Dabangg (2010)

Dabangg ushered Salman into the Rs 100 crore club and will be best remembered for making Salman’s character Chulbul Pandey a household name.
The star actor's biggest opener back then, this Abhinav Kashyap-directed film made a killing at the box office.
Malaika Arora Khan's item number in the film -- Munni Badnaam -- was a huge hit as well.
Ready (2010)

Yet another instance of a remake that was successful in languages down south, Ready’s Bollywood version was panned by critics.
It also caused creative differences Salman and the film's director, Anees Bazmee.
However, the filmmaker continued his successful run with the actor (after No Entry) and got his first Rs 100 crore success.
Songs like Character dheela and Dhinka chika from the film are still popular.
Wanted (2009)

The film that started it all, Wanted is a milestone in Salman Khan’s success story.
The film was plagued with many problems -- it was delayed, Salman was going through some health and personal problems, and the director (Prabhu Dheva) was making a Hindi film for the first time.
But the film beat all odds to give Salman's then waning acting career a new lease of life.
Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! (1994)

Initially derided as a wedding video, Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! went on to become the biggest blockbuster ever when it released in 1994.
The Salman Khan-Sooraj Barjatya collaboration worked again after Maine Pyar Kiya, despite having been released in just a few theatres in major cities, and enjoyed an unprecedented run.
Partner (2007)

Though designed as a comeback vehicle for Govinda, Partner proved to be more fruitful for Salman Khan, who wasn’t seeing too many successful films back then.
Director David Dhawan, who had made many films with Salman in the past, benefitted from the film too -- it remains to be his highest grossing film to date.
No Entry (2005)

No Entry took its own sweet time to hit the screens like Wanted.
But both films did well for producer Boney Kapoor.
Though Salman primarily had an extended appearance with Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan as the key protagonists, the actor had a prominent role in the film and outdid his costars.
Karan Arjun (1995)

Salman Khan's blockbuster with Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Arjun, was directed by Rakesh Roshan.
Shah Rukh had been unsure if the film would work and Salman was cast in a rather serious role, the film went on to score big at the box office.
