PIX: TV star Ram Kapoor celebrates birthday with fans

Ram Kapoor, one of the most successful male actors on television today and the lead of the popular soap Bade Achche Lagte Hain, celebrated his 39th birthday on September 1 with his female fans.

The fans, who'd reportedly arrived in Mumbai to meet their favourite actor, brought all kinds of hand-made gifts for Kapoor.

Kapoor, who's probably in the best phase of his career, was also seen in two films -- Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu and Agent Vinod -- this year.

Here, he admires one of the many hand-made cards he received from his fans.

The actor was more than pleased to see so many fans turn up to wish him on his birthday.

"It became a grand celebration and I simply loved the little creative gifts they personally made and brought for me. We partied all night! It was quite unreal but an awesome as well as humbling experience for me," he said.

The actor later celebrated with a lavish bash with his family and friends before resuming work on the sets of his hit TV serial.
