PIX: The Lesser Known Siblings Of Bollywood Stars

Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali's sister Bela Sehgal, who'd mostly kept away from the limelight so far -- she edited all of his early films while aspiring to direct films herself -- makes her directorial debut with Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi.

As the film opens in theatres today, we look at other lesser known siblings of filmi celebs, who are associated with the film industry but are low key as compared to their famous siblings.

Salman and Alvira Khan

Salman Khan is a doting brother to Alvira, who has been married to actor-turned-director Atul Agnihotri, and Arpita Khan.

Alvira is a jewellery designer and a regular fixture on the Mumbai party scene, who had also produced Salman's earlier blockbuster Bodyguard.

Sonam and Rhea Kapoor

Sonam Kapoor's younger sister Rhea is not just as fashionable as her but is quite an enterprising young woman too.

She started out as an assistant director with 2009 film Wake Up Sid and produced her first film Aisha in 2010.

She also styled her actress sister for Aisha and Players.

Abbas, Mustan and Hussain Burmawalla

The famous director duo in white -- Abbas Mustan -- have a third brother, Hussain.

While his brothers make a living by directing thrillers, Hussain is into film editing, and regularly edits his brothers' films.

Mahesh and Robin Bhatt

Dirtector-producers Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt have a third brother named Robin Bhatt who many people might not know of.

Robin is one of the most successful screenplay writers of his time. His notable works include Aashiqui, Sadak, Baazigar, Omkara and Krrish to name a few.

Pooja and Shaheen Bhatt

We were introduced to Pooja Bhatt's younger brother Rahul when he took part in Bigg Boss 4.

But the actress-filmmaker has two half sisters -- Shaheen, who's worked as an assistant director on Raaz 3 and her younger sister Alia who's all set to make her acting debut with Student Of The Year.

Shaheen and Alia are Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan's daughters.

Saif, Soha and Saba Ali Khan

Saif and actress sister Soha Ali Khan have another sibling, Saba, who is a jewellery designer.

Unlike her famous siblings, Saba prefers to keep a low profile.

She's seen here with Saif, Soha and neice Sara Ali Khan.

Shabana and Baba Azmi

Actress and activist Shabana Azmi's younger brother Baba Azmi is a veteran cinematographer, wh has worked in films like Beta, Dil, Mr India and Pukar.

He's married to actress Tanvi Azmi.

Aruna Irani and Indra Kumar

Veteran actress Aruna Irani is sister to filmmaker Indra Kumar.

Kumar has made hit films like Dil, BetaIshq and more recently, Dhamaal. He has also appeared in several Gujarati films in a comic role or as second lead.

Goldie Behl and Shrishti Arya
