South actress Amala Paul tied the knot with noted director AL Vjay at a lavish ceremony at the Mayor Ramanathan Chettiar Hall at MRC Nagar, Chennai, a popular venue for celebrity weddings, on June 12.

Amala wore a traditional Kancheevaram sari, accessorised by jewels from the Amrapali collection.
